- Coordinate Wind resource assessement and mechanical loads analysis activities. Assign resources and track activities to completion. - Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship for members of the Micrositing team. - Enhance GE’s digital wind strategy for speed, productivity and accuracy - Develop programs for improved internal & external customer satisfaction - Support customers to demonstrate the technical and economic value of GE products: maximized AEP at lowest LCOE for the customer

- Assess wind turbine structural integrity by performing site specific loads calculations with Flex5 - Analyse wind data, predict and assess the potential wind energy at the project sites with wind flow models, such as WasP, WasP Engineering, WindPro. - Advise client on site-specific loads related matters including alternative solutions for reducing loads

- Revision of customer specifications and requirements, tendering processes and resolution of all technical customer requests before contract signature. - Evaluation of local sites and standards where the wind parks will be installed and risk analysis. - Technical coordination between different departments: sales, engineering, sourcing and manufacturing. - Communication of contract and Project requirements to all design, manufacturing and sourcing functions.
