In charge of Product Quality - QA and QC for Chemicals across the Eastern Hemisphere for Well Services and M-I SWACO business units with $1B annual spend Main focus is to set up Quality Control and Surveillance programs across the region. Support and enhance Quality Assurance activities. Audit suppliers. Support Supplier Qualification Process

Responsible for Demand and Supply Planning of Chemicals for Well Services Business Unit across Middle East and Asia region and also manage the Distribution centres for Chemicals in Jebel ali and Singapore.

Inventory Management for the Middle East Region as well has handling the Chemical Regional Distribution Centre in Jebel Ali. As a Planner for Well Services segment, Inventory Control, Redistribution and Overall reduction in the balances are the main objectives. Understanding the segment business and the growth plan and maintaining appropriate stock levels at the RDC in order to minimise the inventory days is the key. Apart from the field inventory management, Demand Planning and vendor managed models are an important part of the job!

This being a new initiative to establish a Regional Distribution Centre for MEA region, this is an exciting new profile. The main AIM of establishing the Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) for Well Services Segment is to keep stock close to the field with an objective of lowering the field inventory in MEA as well as improve on delivery times - Maintain stock in ME hub to support the field - Optimise the Field inventory and help to reduce the inventory obsolescence - Work with the MEA sourcing team to look at local purchasing options for chemicals to save on cost and lead time

Direct Sales for Well Services- INM - Revenue forecasting - Co ordinate with client on sale contracts - Provide Quotes to clients - Processing of orders - Ensure timely delivery to client - Co ordinate with imports/ clearing agents and ensure minimum detention and demurrage - Co ordinate for internal/ domestic logistics - Timely collection of monies to minimize the DSO Inventory management for Well Services – India - Material forecasting - Maintain minimum safety stock - Maintain stock for direct sale function - Ensure the inventory levels are optimized, maintain target inventory days - Control the inventory obsolescence - Reconcile with system on monthly basis - Manage Physical count every quarter
