Experience

National Sales Manager - Churu product, a Japanese cat snack and market leader in Brazil.
São Paulo, Brazil
• Developed and implemented the strategy for the Direct Channel (KA), negotiated JBPs, and coordinated the execution of this strategy, which contributed to a 167% increase in revenue for the Churu product. • Led the structuring of the Pet Business Unit, reassessing and improving internal processes and creating procedures in key areas where no processes were previously defined (Logistics, Supply Chain, Commercial, Communication, among others). This resulted in greater process efficiency, eliminated the recurrence of operational issues, increased delivery agility, optimized internal team time, and improved customer satisfaction. • I exercised my leadership by fostering the individual growth of each team member and emphasizing network-focused collaboration. This significantly contributed to the smooth functioning of internal operations, the achievement of goals, and the maintenance of a healthy work environment. The servant leadership style built trust and increased the sense of belonging within the team, leading to higher motivation. • I lead the Operational Support Team for the Indirect Channel, which consists of 33 distributors covering 100% of the national territory. Aligned with the principles of servant leadership, customer focus, strategic clarity, and excellence in execution, this approach has significantly increased the satisfaction levels of indirect customers. • I participate in the New Business team's projects, contributing to the development of a pipeline aligned with market trends and the company's strategy.

Product Manager Nobivac, Pharma Line and Microchip
Brazil
• My main challenge was establishing Marketing based on Data Analytics, along with focusing on working with the Nobivac line mix. • Participated in the Nobivac Dashboard project (still ongoing) with the IT team, where all management information is integrated into a single system (sell-in, sell-out, forecast, entries, stock levels, and ROI evaluation of the services offered). • Initiated the Communication with Pet Owners project (previously the focus was solely on communication with veterinarians), always striving to combine creativity and relevance in the materials (for example, Nobivac line poetry in video format). • Responsible for the launch of the Nobivac Feline 1-HCP vaccine, with the challenge of introducing it within the context of a complete product line, optimizing the portfolio, and reinforcing the alignment of the feline portfolio with international guidelines and tailored vaccination practices.

Product Manager - Scalibor and Pharma Pet Line
São Paulo, Brazil
• Responsible for the Pet Pharma Line and Scalibor, positioning Scalibor as the third strongest brand in CABU (after Bravecto and the Nobivac line), achieving double-digit growth annually. I also managed the Pharma line as a mix rather than individual products, driving the growth of each product and the overall line. • Under my management, Scalibor achieved a 66% growth in volume (units) over three years, and the Pet Pharma line was restructured with a new management model based on the complete portfolio. I implemented marketing actions aligned with the expectations of the Commercial area and established comprehensive programs with integrated actions for all stakeholders, in coordination with the Commercial, Technical, and other Marketing segments such as Digital and Trade. This approach led to a fourfold increase in product revenue over four years. • Led a bidding process for Scalibor with the Ministry of Health for the sale of one million collars. • Established the “Aqui se Trata Diabetes” program, which led to a 16% growth in a highly specific technical product, Caninsulin insulin. This initiative included the development of a control app and the “Diabetes Guide,” a manual with guidelines for usage, handling, and storage of the insulin. The product became one of the Top 10 in MSD Animal Health’s Pet line, and the case was presented to Global HQ. • Established the "Aqui se Previne Leishmaniose" program, which contributed to achieving significant results and received excellent recognition from government bodies and professional organizations (CFMV). The program featured innovative and creative materials. • Implemented the use of protocols to increase prescriptions and leverage the strength of one product to boost the sales of another. This approach was presented at the Global Symposium "Connecting Four 2020." • Participated in the Capability group, responsible for promoting the company's DE&I Culture and led the sponsorship of the “Sou+Pet” (Metasocial Institute).

Business Development & Marketing Manager
São Paulo Area, Brazil
• Responsible for prospecting new suppliers, following the guidelines set by the management, with the aim of adding ready-made products to Vallée's portfolio. My responsibilities included product and supplier prospecting, negotiation, analysis of economic and regulatory feasibility of the project, monitoring audits for site qualification, internal approval with the project team, contract preparation, coordination with various departments within the company during the internalization stages, support in packaging development, and collaboration with Marketing for product launch planning. Until the third purchase, I monitored the performance of the product to ensure it effectively became part of the product line. • Implemented new business models to maintain the profitability and financial viability of the company in response to the current economic situation in the country. • Responsible for projects within the Pet and Livestock product lines. • Additionally, I simultaneously held the responsibility for Pet Marketing and the management of the Pet Coordinators. • Led the project and launch of the nutraceutical line for companion animals, which was imported from Denmark and France.

International Business Manager
Mathiesen do Brasil
Responsible for restructuring the company's veterinary department by prospecting new suppliers, introducing new products, and developing strategic partnerships within the group and with external companies. Expanded the portfolio of national and international clients and planned client recovery efforts.
