Planning and managing Budget/Forecast: provision of periodic management Forecast, detailed annual Budget, cost centre and business unit. Monthly reports and analysis of Budget and Forecast variation. Analysis and authorization of the expenses of the different Departments, supporting them in any financial aspect. Investments authorization and monitoring. Controller of the following Departments: Plant, Research & Development, Human Resource, Facility Management, Board, Finance and It. Cost analysis of finished products: analysis of purchasing costs and their deviations, analysis of the different phases of the production cycle, reports of cost discrepancies. Contribution margin of finished product/parts reporting and analysis. It Department process optimization: tests for the development of the operating system for new project – tests to improve existing programs. Release and update company’s procedures. Project implementation (CKD: warehouse flow implementation, analysis of materials cost, price list customer data managing – CEVA management outsourcing production stock. Warehouse flow implementation, fiscal aspects and IT aspects – VPS: budget management, cost control.) Monthly processing of closure of the accounting inventory with Fifo valuation. Reporting: company bikes, production/parts/merchandising warehouse, production waste, rotation index. Analysis of stock values, surplus production, obsolete parts. Auditors contact for warehouse accounting topics. Year-end inventory management: coordinate preparation of the meeting with the team, pre-inventory activity, printing journal count, coordination of work with the Departments, control counts, registration and control of the journal inventory, final analysis, auditors contact for related topics. Scrapping parts, bikes, company assets: documents preparation, coordination of the activities with internal and external Departments (tax autorithy) and contacts with specialized firms for waste disposal.
