• Responsibilities: & Commodities handled - Denim, Casual bottoms, jackets, Outerwear, Accessories, (scarves, belts, bags, socks, jewelry, winter accessories, gift items, etc) Footwear, sleepwear knits & woven, panties, and also Labels (hangtags, joker tags --) negotiation labels for RM banner o Sourcing, developing, testing, adopting fabrics woven and knit (making sure the fabrics meeting all RCL testing/ sgs requirement). o Building, maintaining, managing denim/casual /outerwear library, by attending fabrics shows and by organizing /managing seasonal mill weeks o Organizing RCL denim training sessions o Negotiating, booking – fabrics and product with direct mills, factories and vendors bearing in mind, time & action calendar, the geographical, the country allocation % the market trend, the product integrity, the testing requirements, and the historical price. o Managing over 9 years of experience in supervising and developing assistant o Solving, analyzing - handles all kind of delivery, production, quality, fit issues directly with vendors/agents and the internal team
