I assist in the research into the 'VSV- Veillig, Samen, Verder' programme for families with a history of domestic and physical violence. This includes research into psychometric measurements available for (very) young children, literature research and maintaining contact with relevant experts.

* Core responsibilities: * Indiviual counseling (social / emotional support) of students. * Group trainings (Fear of Failure, Exam).

* Broad spectrum of activities: * advise daycare facilities and schooling institutes regarding the new laws in Netherlands (wet IKK). * work with teenagers in project Young Dogs (www.projectyoungdogs.com). * create new array of after school activities including kids yoga, canicross, gardening. * supervise students writing their thesis at different universities.

Working on this campsite with my Estifun team and organizing outdoor activities for single parent families, is a very nice way to give people their most lovely holiday and enjoying myself as well.

Working in a ’antroposophical’ daycare facility for children of 0 to 4 years old. Tasks, such as nurturing children, organise play activities, draft internship policy and supervise interns.

Supervising mentorclasses organised by interns in primary schools. Tasks, such as giving feedback providing with practical preconditions, guidiuance of intervision, contactperson for the school.

Caretaker in a residential ’antroposophical’ facility for children with low IQ and psychiatric disorders. Tasks, such as observing behaviour, guidance of groupdynamics, creating therapeutic environment, execution and adjustment of individual treatment, cooperation in multi-disciplenairy team.

* Preparing and executing arts and crafts activities. * Organizing sports and games activities. * Preparing and executing shows (together with the children). * Playing participation theater (photo’s upon request). * Working with children aged six to twelve, appealing my problem solving capacities and creativity.

Philosophy Faculty: TA of dr. Edwin Koster within the courses ’Philosophy of Science for Biomedical sciences’ and ’Introduction into Philosophy for Psychology and Education students’. Assist in PhD effectivity research of ”En nu ik!”, programme for child victim of domestic violence. Including conduct of the programme, videotaping the meetings and take interviews and questionnaires with parents.

At the university of applied sciences in Almere I teach first and second year social workers. I give lectures in developmental psychology and 'pedagogiek'. I mentor one group of first year students and serve as their intership counselor. I have helped my teamleader with the development of the new curriculum of the social work programme. I have also assisted my college with the advancement of a blended learning programme.
