Our goal at Nexus is to ensure global partners, committed to offsetting their emissions, are investing their carbon funds into quality, certified low carbon projects that not only reduce harmful CO2 but also bring maximum social and economic benefits. - Maintain and build relationships with Nexus’ international buyer network - Design and implement sales & pricing strategy, negotiate carbon credit sales - Contracts - negotiation, drafting, review and management (Emission Reduction Purchase Agreements (ERPA), Carbon Finance Service Agreements (with project partners), NDAs etc. - Business development, carbon market overview etc.

Two-fold role in the management of a dairy operation outside Phnom Penh and the development of the concept of a large sustainable and integrated agribusiness in Cambodia. Main responsibilities at the dairy operation: - Oversee legal and compliance aspects from an inhouse perspective - Co-manage the company’s team of 15 employees (jointly with CEO) with a focus on budgeting and financial management, HR administration, overseeing sourcing as well as business development and sales - Introduce sustainability measures and first steps of impact management Main responsibilities regarding the integrated agribusiness: - Working on the concept for the integrated agriculture project jointly with the rest of the project team with a focus on sustainability and compliance - Working on contracts as well as due diligence aspects

GIZ is a non-profit organisation which originated through a merger of InWEnt, GTZ and DED. Coordination of the former InWEnt team after the merger with GIZ, involvement in the post-merger integration of the InWEnt and GTZ China offices.
