I am a self-motivated individual who works hard, communicates well in almost 5 official languages of South Africa, and has good interpersonal skills. I can work very well under pressure, without supervision. Throughout my 5+ years and counting career in debt collection, I've developed a skill set directly relevant to the Contact Agent role, including customer service, telephone etiquette, and confidential correspondence. Overall, I have consistently demonstrated communication, language, and multitasking abilities in every aspect of my debt collection role at Bhaam and Dahya Attorneys. I am focused on the fulfillment of productivity indexed and directed to personal adhesion. I have also acquired administration skills through my educational qualification in Sports administration and have worked for 2 years in the relevant industry. Have a supporting background and can work in groups, individually, in any sort of working environment. I have completed my Higher Certificate in Law, and I am awaiting placement for a BA in Law. I’m a very quick learner open to any suggestions and have good leadership skills hence in high school was a member of the learner's representation council and was willing to get authorization from my supervisors.
