Project Planning-scheduling and monitoring: - To prepare and monitor  the APQP development time plan for products like: - Plastic & Rubber  injection moulding, Metal stamping & their assemblies. To track and monitor  the progress of new product during the all the development phases.  Handling CFT, Customer & Suppliers. Supplier Development: - Handling & monitoring child parts development  from suppliers for machined parts, compression moulding & other parts. Mold/Tools Making: - Part of tools/molds correction reviews, attending  production trials & validation. Fixtures & Gauges development: - To conduct review with suppliers for  Fixture, design, and development. Samples Preparation: - To prepare proto & pilot samples for customer  submission as per customer requirements. Testings: - To prepare & conduct DVP testings as per drawing & customer  requirement from third parties. ECN: To arrange feasibility reviews, completion of ECN & handover. Tooling receivables tracking: - Payment collection from customers upon  project completion. Achievements: - Handled complete APQP cycle for JLR L481 Project&  BHTC W2FATC  - Successfully Handled ECN of JLR X900 Electrical parts & interior parts.  Global exposure with Customers –  For Jaguar Land Rover: - United Kingdom Creation of 3D cad models, Assemblies, 2D drawings using Cad tools like NXUG 1953 and AUTOCAD. Machining process knowledge. Knowledge of injection mold manufacturing process. Knowledge of injection tooling materials, assembly processes and tolerances. Knowledge of Product development in plastics. DFM of new developing plastic parts. Ability to understand MFA reports. Have skill to solve plastic product defects like sink mark, warpage, weld line, short fill, access flash, air bubble, burn marks, scoring marks etc. Design calculations of lifters, slider angle and spring selection. Generating Bill of Materials BOM. Having knowledge about plastic materials (PC, PP, PMMA, PA6, PA66, PBT, PPCP etc.) and their properties. Ability to understand engineering drawings.
