Development of a complete e-commerce system for Puro Sabor Confeitaria, focused on digitizing the sales process and optimizing the customer experience. Key deliverables: The system includes a responsive front-end, an administrative dashboard (back-office) for managing products and orders, a secure back-end with an API responsible for business logic and data integrity, as well as WhatsApp integration to automate order confirmations, notifications, and customer communication. The solution resulted in sales flow automation, reduced operational workload for the team, and a faster, more reliable purchasing experience for customers.

Development and launch of a mobile app focused on creative resources for visual content creators. The app provides stickers, graphic elements, and customization tools to support more professional and original designs. Published on the Apple Store, with Google Play Store launch coming soon. I conceived, designed and developed Smart Gabinete, a SaaS system created from prototype to final product. I used Figma for design, and technologies such as Node.js, Next.js and Shadcn for development, with a relational database. I implemented an integrated payment system via Hotmart, created a landing page and marketing strategy with profiles on Instagram and Facebook, using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for data analysis and paid traffic.

Conducted planning meetings to gather requirements, then designed and developed a complete CRM platform tailored to Center Car's operations. The system includes modules for customer management, vehicle inventory, sales pipeline, and reporting.
