Currently working as a Business Unit coordinator in Transguard Group LCC in Admin & Construction Service line. Handling onboarding and off boarding of 38000+ Staff across the emirates. Responsibilities: • Responsible for 38,000 employee data in departmental records with locations and ensuring that these are kept up to date. • Responsible for releasing the passports to the employees/Clients after getting the approvals from the Line Manager & HR for various reasons (leave, renewal, bank A/C, driving license, Emirates ID renewals, Consular declaration, Shifting.) Once the objective is over, ensure the return of the passports back to HR to keep the records up to date. • Responsible for submitting the Re-joining report to HR as and when the employees are back from their leave • Maintaining the records of Incident and Accident reports and ensure that welfare team and IMS is timely informed. • Process requests and provide relevant information • Communicating and solving the issues immediately for the employees coming to TGHQ. • Responsible to ensure that all employees have the valid ID cards (TG ID, Health Insurance, Salary Card, and Emirates ID). Also, make sure that all cards are timely delivered to the employees and the acknowledgments are sent back to HR. • General requests from the clients for Business support like staff ID card copies, PP and Visa Copies, NOC Letters etc. • Responsible for Updating the Oracle like missing salaries, mismatching of headcount between various reports. • Responsible for keeping the track of the MOS employees shifting to TG camps and assists BU Coordinator in finalizing the camp report. • Assisting BU Coordinators in preparing the documents for all clients and maintaining various reports as and when required.
