• Identifying new business opportunities • Establish good rapport with business partners and enhance public relations • Promote the good image of the company • Intensify market penetration and increase sales revenue • Collection management - establish monthly collection target • Prepare monthly sales reports – to report the progress sales related matters • Issue all Sales orders (SO) as per MO guidelines and monitor all SOs until it is fully delivered. • Any other duties as and when assigned by Sales & Marketing Manager Duties and Responsibilities: • Achieve sales and collection target • Attend to all sales related matters • Monitor and collect all overdue amount from customers • Achieve the sales profitability as required by the management • Keep records on daily Copper LME prices for sales and marketing purpose • Gather customers’ feedback on how to improve our services and products • Adhere to ISO 9001:2015 QMS procedure for customer order and credit control practices. • Constantly monitoring the stock level and provide accurate feedback to potential customers
