Manage the efficient and effectiveness the following teams. Provide coaching and enhancement. QC team ~ verify the quality before delivery to Asia and China stores - match the expectable of the countries; and monthly KPI to HK & Europe HQ. Repair team ~ repair and refurbishment the defect / damage for customers; rework the defect finding from the QC team. After Sales Service team ~ Support the store sales team for customer feedback, compliant, and request for repair.

Manage the quality team performance, consolidation the resources for assorted brands within the group Product Compliance development - REACH compliance startup project for on for our brands (initial for REACH program with 3rd party labs) Factory Audit - Code of Conduct (COC) development, and improve our audit system to the LVMH group and international standards; also QMS and Health & Safety requirement. Manage & perform analysis on quality and compliance data; corrective action and Improvement programs through the information from KPI and scorecard

Re-engineering the quality department – HK and China by improving the quality system and company cross-operation process flow Set up specification (product & mold) and testing requirements with the Engineering team during the product development stage Set up the QA specification and QC requirement for our factories and QC to perform quality inspection; establish and improvement on the COP, SOP and WI. Perform train to our QC team in China

Continuous Improvement and manage the operation for Quality Department - Three teams: 1. Quality Inspection Team – perform quality assurance and control ▪ Inline, Du-pro and AQL final inspection in our suppliers and vendors ▪ Support our Production department for quality issue, and technical support for factories 2. Compliance Auditor Team ▪ Active supplier’s evaluation, compliance audit and benchmarking ▪ New supplier evaluation, compliance audit and improvement programs ▪ Special audit – according to Client requirements and standards 3. QA Lab Testing Team – Lab testing according to client and international requirements ▪ Build up a laboratory in China office and approved by our major clients to perform the testing for Hard and soft lines ▪ Liaise with external laboratory bodies for testing, and benchmarking result with the internal lab

Maintain and develop ISO 9000 processes for HK and China plant • Act as the Management Representative (MR) for ISO third party auditor by RWTUV • Perform CAR and preventive from third party NCR • Responsible for the quality records, procedures, and internal training of ISO • Identification and problem solving in the operation and quality system • Customer Compliant and Feedback, Corrective action plan • Manage the raw material test report and finish goods test report to our customers
