Responsible for corporate security operations in New York, New Jersey & Pennsylvania. Investigated employee misconduct, security breaches, work place violence incidents, internal control violations, internal/external theft investigations, recover of company assets, violations code of ethics violations. Conducted security surveys of facilities and provided physical security enhancement recommendations to management. Provided documentation and testimony in arbitration hearings for employees who were terminated for violating company policy. Liaison with local law enforcement and represented the company in legal matters.

Assignments & Duties: Served in The Republic of South Korea and Fort Bragg, NC. Performed physical security duties at sensitive munitions depots. Obtained a “Secret” security clearance and participated in the Personnel Reliability Program

I worked in various management positions of increasing responsibility within the Security Department from July 2009 through September 2012, elevated to Vice President in November 2012. Management of a Security Force comprised of Uniformed Peace Officers, Investigators, Fire Marshals, and Civilians who provide comprehensive policing and security services at all three NYRA Facilities Management of NYRA’s Credentialing System, Barn Area Dormitory System (Population 2,000), Race Day Horse Monitoring Program and Surveillance Systems. Management of NYRA Security's $13 Million Operations Budget, Contract Procurement, Collective Bargaining, Recruitment and Hiring, Security Guard Training and Licensing. Liaison with Federal, State and local Law Enforcement officials, as well as industry experts, to develop and execute comprehensive security plans to present major thoroughbred horse racing events. Develop and implement Crime Prevention, Anti-Fraud and Racing Integrity strategies throughout the company.
