Designed and developed highly compatible Terminal Server, Internet Router and Print Server host software and admin tool for VXL path finder.

Managed a program and architect test infrastructure for HP-UX OS virtualization product. Team had seventy members located in five different countries (US, India, China, Malaysia and Japan) working on different features. Delivered high quality product on time to the market. This helped HP to lead Virtualization market and provide a platform for cloud business. Managed the team that was working on Convergence Infrastructure REST interfaces for foundation services (cluster, system, and host) and Junit test cases for validation.

Managed the program with engineering managers of team 30+ in developing remote copy (autonomic replication in enterprise and cloud data centers) and Peer Motion (non-destructive online data migration and load balancing) features of HP 3PAR StoreServ Management Console (SSMC). Improved product quality 400% through streamlining quality guidelines, test coverage, and Junit / Selenium test automation, resulting in drastic improvement in product quality and sales. Managed to deliver ongoing CPE and customer requested enhancements for IMC product for Peer Persistence, Async and SLD features, enabling existing customers to continue to use storage arrays while transitioning to SSMC. Managed beta customer releases for Peer motion and Remote Copy features and was involved in customer transition to SSMC from IMC product, facilitating smooth transition and phase-out IMC product in planned fashion.
