With a solid educational foundation from the University of West London and the International Institute of Hotel Management, my role at Hilton as an HR and L&D Clerk was instrumental in shaping our people and culture initiatives. We championed high-impact training programs and seamless payroll management. The success of these efforts resulted in me being honored with the Team Member of the Year award in 2022. My expertise in talent sourcing and problem-solving, sharpened through my tenure and the internship of HR and LD Leadership , has contributed significantly to staff development and the fostering of a positive work environment.
