• Co-founded and managed a syndication and co-investment vehicle alongside notable figures such as Tim Draper, with LunarCrush's Joe Vezzani and NBA All-Star Baron Davis serving as Venture Partners. • Co-led and syndicated multiple Series A funding rounds in diverse sectors including digital assets, healthcare, and space technology. • Played a pivotal role in the strategic merger of this venture with DraperX, further enhancing its scope and impact in the co-investment ecosystem.

Digital Assets: Buyouts, Secondary Purchases, and Credit Investments • Contributed to the growth and buyout arm of Apollo, focusing on acquiring stakes in blockchain infrastructure companies valued between $50 to $250 million. • Analyzed tokenomics and developed strategies for restructuring, including the integration of cryptocurrency payments, infrastructure, and products into the operations of non-crypto portfolio companies. • Developed a tokenized annuity protocol for Athene's Multi-Year Guaranteed Annuity (MYGA) products using Solidity, explored zero-knowledge succinct non-interactive arguments of knowledge (zk-SNARK) technologies and deals, and authored a presentation on the tokenization of real-world assets (RWA).

• Engaged in pre-seed and seed-stage investing focused on startups emerging from the Berkeley campus and surrounding areas, as part of the West Coast Team based in San Francisco. • Concentrated investment efforts primarily on sectors such as cryptocurrency, FinTech, and B2B verticals, supporting early-stage ventures with high growth potential.

• Worked at a Coinbase, Accel, Lightspeed, and Tiger-backed cryptocurrency and fintech platform, focusing on providing institutional trading and liquidity solutions to hedge funds. • Played a key role in integrating Web3 technology from acquisitions, corporate investments, and partner companies into tradable products. • Modeled tokenomics and vesting cliffs for over 30 different tokens, contributing to the platform's strategic expansion and product diversification.

• Successfully scaled TILE organization over two years, managing all aspects and pioneering youth engagement and impact-oriented initiatives. • Fostered collaboration with CARBON, contributing to the establishment of The Bart Chilton Fellowship and managing programs like the Regional Director Program and Impact Business Development Internships. • Innovated TILE's operations by creating databases for chapter management, launching a live wing for professional AMAs, and developing a text-messaging course on the Arist platform.
