About
I'm on a mission with Sunny Day Fund to truly enable financial well-being for ALL hardworking Americans, starting with emergency savings. This means our team makes saving easy, accessible, and rewarding for employees with a little help from their employer, leading to better workforce financial well-being and better workplace outcomes. With a high voluntary participation and ~$2,000 in savings on average after a year, our employees are staying with their employer longer and tapping their retirement savings less. Emergency savings is a simple, proven idea that can become even more powerful with the help of right policy and partners. If you're looking to get some quick facts for your own research or a story, feel free to reach out to me here or our team more broadly at contact@sunnydayfund.com. Have a sunny day! Graduate Student Researcher

Developed Inclusivity Systems Framework for Communication Systems - the idea that communication that includes Base of the Pyramid populace must be built on trust, which in turn is culturally built on inclusivity. I argue that inclusivity is derived by: economic affordability, dialogue- and group-focused design, and technological accessibility. In essence, I bridged behavioral economics and systems thinking to derive a unique approach to creating systems for broader populaces. Previous work: Recruited and led several student teams on a mission to improve water infrastructure in rural South Africa. Sought to understand how to deliver water systems while also disseminating entrepreneurial principles within the community to encourage essential human service markets. Integrated two decision tools to form LOCCA (Louis-Ostrom Comprehensive Capacity Assessment), which layers multi-level institutional factors on the underlying development capacity of locales. Provided case study through an assessment of a 3.5M person district in India, results from which improved water services.
