- Specialized in ODM projects management from RFQ to MP focusing on DSL and Wifi router, contributing 2 billion every year. - Pull in the NPI to MP schedule from 8 months to 6 months, being streets ahead of the competitors and get more market share. - Participate in full SMT manufacturing process implementation plan (without DIP process), decreasing the manufacturing overhead (MVA) US$0.6/pcs. - Lower the retest rates from 10% to 4% at first MP in 1 week, increasing the manufacturing capability from 200pcs/UPH to 300pcs/UPH to satisfy the shipment need for the customers. - Successfully implement the 2nd source materials and maximize the profit by cost saving 3%/pcs.

- Successfully develop 8 new fabrics in 1 season and all be adopted by the customers. - Secure product development from RFQ to MP with the competitive quote and committed quality. - Establish and optimize customer relationship management on key accounts.

- Participate in the Computex boots and successfully develop 3 new customers. - Handle new RFQ and maintain the channel partner. - Control the schedule and shipment.
