Float RFI, RFQ, bid analysis and placing contracts. Achieved zero loss due to expired products in warehouse resulting in YOY savings of AED 120k. Partnered with Compass Qatar for procurement & logistics of materials from UAE to Qatar for Asian Games, Doha to circumvent the congestion at Doha sea port. Supported Compass Group’s United Nations contract operations in Liberia, Eritrea & Syria by procuring & shipping out food products from UAE. Partnered with ADNH Compass Retail division for procurement & logistics of materials enabling successful launch of Compass Group retail brands like Caffe Ritazza and Sbarro’s in the UAE. Liaise regularly with Operations to provide innovative alternatives for cost saving. Improved efficiency of department by converting repetitive PO’s to Price Agreements/warehouse stock item. Established processes for re-ordering of short shelf life products to maintain optimum inventory levels.

Plan and control the entire Supply Chain function ranging from sourcing, procurement and logistics. Planned & executed setting up of custom tailoring division including sourcing, procurement of materials, equipment, hiring, liaising with consultant & training of staff. Procured materials from Italy, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Turkey, India etc Conversant with aspects of international business including L/C’s, INCO Terms, freight, insurance etc.
