Developed custom pre-operative surgical plans for knee and hip replacements, using 2D to 3D imaging software such as 3D Slicer to analyse radiological imaging. Considered various patient anatomy, surgical approaches and surgeon preferences to obtain the desired clinical outcomes. Used SolidWorks to design patient specific surgical guides and models which reflect the patient anatomy and surgical plan to assist the surgeon in performing the operation with optimal accuracy. Performed post-operative analysis of total knee replacements, to determine the success of the surgical plan, and to observe any complications or areas for improvement. Performed specialist analyses according to surgeon requests. Involved in data collection and analysis for several research projects. Wrote technical documents such as surgical plans, SOPs and lead training of engineering interns. Worked to meet rigorous quality standards and ensured all activities were completed and documented in accordance with business practices and medical device regulations. Performed product inspections, laser engraving, sand blasting, and device assembly of medical devices and associated apparatus.

Provided engaging, welcoming experiences to hundreds of staff and clients per day at more than 12 sites across Melbourne and Sydney, registered visitors and staff using designated management systems. Ensured reception, guest areas and meeting rooms are well maintained, worked with security teams to ensure safety, and assisted with administrative duties.

Thoroughly examined and reviewed 30+ applications per day for graduate study programs across 7 university faculties, cross-referencing information across university databases to ensure application requirements were satisfied. Communicated with university faculty teams, students, and education agents.

Ensured consistently good customer service, worked to increase sales and build customer relationships, operated the POS system, carried out design and printing services, priced and shelved new stock and created visual merchandising displays. Handled daily operations, placed stock orders and liaised with suppliers, hired, trained and supervised up to 6 staff members, and managed employee scheduling. Completed daily cash flow reports, calculated and prepared invoices and VAT reports for 3 branches of our organisation using surfaccounts software. Collaborated with local businesses, schools, and societies, and updated the website and social media pages to increase our store's community and online presence. Design of customised products using Adobe Photoshop and printing software.

Prepared R&D test samples, completed verification and validation device integrity testing, engineering evaluations and feasibility studies ensuring products met their design specifications throughout the product development life cycle. Performed hands-on testing using state of the art multisensory measuring machines, tensile test equipment and digital microscopes such as Instron, Chatillon and Keyence devices. Design of experiments - Worked on the design, implementation and validation (Gage R&R) of new test methods, test fixturing and SOPs for medical devices. This included procurement and qualification of laboratory equipment and ensuring established protocols and international standards were met. Gap analysis - identified potential gaps in international standards and testing protocols between different regions requirements - EU, USA, China. Technical writing of testing protocols, project plans, work orders and reports. Gathered and analysed data, compiled bill of materials, read technical documents and drawings, and presented information to international teams. Worked to meet ISO standards, and ensured all activities were completed and documented in accordance with business SOPs and international standards.
