HVDC Senior Engineer in Electrical Plant Design deparement for Center Manch Projects

As a lead electrical engineer, I have participated and led several CO2 capture and electrification projects as follows: Design and early engineering phase of installation of 9 MW electric furnace in Shell Petrochemical Park, Germany. Developing and preparing a long-term strategic cooperation framework with Schneider Electric for the development of electric furnaces, including engineering studies, design and implementation. FEED design of pyrolys III plastic recycling project for Plastic Energy UK. Cooperating with the process unit in preparing and adjusting the instructions for selecting and preparing the required equipment including electric motors, isolation transformers and electric drives for CO2 absorption in the gas units of the steel industry for Danieli Steel Company.

Participation in the LNG project of NFE Qatar Energy on behalf of the CTJV consortium as a senior electrical engineer to manage: -Generator package includes attendance at vendor kick-off meeting , vendor technical proposal evaluation, vendor proposal review and verification to standards, relaying and block diagram of the interface. - Oversaw the network calculation studies , including cable sizing calculation ,Earthing design, load flow, short circuits, harmonics, stability, selectivity and protection, and motor starting studies, which were carried out by CAPSIM as a subcontractor. - Lightning Protection Studies carried out by the APAVE as a subcontractor.

I was responsible for the design and network studies ,such as load flow, short circuit current, protection ,harmonic and motor starting (ETAP software) for the development of the Totalenergie's refinery project through the installation of the 40 MW demand including the GIS (33-69 KV) panels, medium voltage motors and the diesel generator. Also preparing technical datasheet, negotiation with panel builders such as ABB, Siemens , Schneider electric and Air Liquid as main subcontractor and RFP evaluation.

Prepared tender doc and RFP for 150 MW hybrid power plant in Oman, Tawnier Project ,exclusively the part of Diesel Generator in whole part such as power, control; scada requirements for 33/11 KV ; Tight communication with most popular DG brands and evaluation their proposal Calculated the CAPEX;OPEX and LCOE Optimised dispatch strategy in cooperation with Suntrace Company

As application expertise of variable speed drive in technical and commercial aspects, I carried out several energy optimization solution projects by VSD, lightning protection and EMC and VSD KPI analysis for renewable energy sector to improve AC / DC / AC's reliability , such as; - Green power company - Maha Petrochemical Plant

• Design ,installation and technical inspection of grounding system in telecommunication and industrial plant according:  BS 7430: Practice for protective grounding of electrical installations  IEEE 80: IEEE Guide for safety in AC substation grounding • Design Surge Arrester Protection devices and lightning systems in :  Five classes of low voltage electrical installation are defined within the standard - TN-S, TN-C, TN-C-S, TT and IT baes on IEC-EN 61643

As a project engineer, I collaborated with the representative of scheider electric in Erbil in Iraq -Installation, commissioning and operation of the packaging plant -Lead the full scope of electrical engineering and control

• Responsible for Telecom, Packaging and Automotive projects • Pursued and signed the contract between Iran and France to set up assembly lines factory of Peugeot Company in Iran by 2 m$ worth. • Drive Direct engagement with customers in the territory/accounts assigned to create opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure • Provide a comprehensive territory plan for the accounts assigned that details coverage, demand generation, activities, opportunities, engagement, and execute on this plan throughout the year. • Work closely with the extended SE Team (Pre-sales, Solution Sales, Contracts, Services) when needed to drive opportunity progression and meet customer engagement expectations • Train the customers to operate variable speed drives who made by Schneider. • Follow the procedure in technical knowledge transfer to two licensed Panel builder and joint venture in Iran ,based on IEC-62271-100&200 and ANSI C-37

• Study feasibility of the grid connection 11KV to 20 KV; • Installed 3 MW CHP power plant in cooperation with Wartsilas (Finland company), by 3 M$ worth. • Tendering, technical scope and supervision in the first CHP power plant consist of: • Sizing calculation (machines, transformers, etc.); • calculation of the short-circuit currents; • Definition of the status of the neutral; • Calculation of the voltage profiles(load flow); • Starting transient of the motors; • Study of dynamic stability; • Calculation of the network harmonic content; • Study of protection coordination.
