20+ active years in the RENEWABLE ENERGY industry. Extensively worked on rural energy programmes , RE based agriculture intervention. Solar Rooftop and Solar Park design, Solar Feasibility study and roll out of RE projects, PV-BESS system design optimization and project commissioning. Started with program design and rollout of SHS (Solar Home System) program contributing increased Access to Energy at Rural Bangladesh. Developed DRE solutions for Rural Agro Economy. Developed other RE based technology interventions & energy efficiency in pace with Global Development over last 15 years. My expertise includes MW scale Floating PV Solar system assessment, Ground mounted Solar IPP design and feasibility study , Industrial Solar Rooftop system feasibility, design and project implementation in C&I sector. Solar Mini-grid for remote off-grid island power. Solar Irrigation pumping system feasibility, design and roll out. PV-DG-BESS system design for off-grid and C&I sector. PAYG enabled Smart LFP Battery and Charging solution for Electric Three Wheelers in Bangladesh. Designed and supervised rollout of First Ever MW Scale PV-BESS-DG system in Bangladesh. Actively participated a keynote speaker in international RE Conferences and workshops. Worked as International consultant to WB,ADB,WINROCK,ICMOD,ARE, in different renewable Energy Projects in Bangladesh, Nepal, Afghanistan, Sudan, Cambodia. Rolled out projects in Kenya, Djibouti, Rwanda, Côte d'Ivoire, CAR,Nepal.
