At American Express, I work on customer-facing financial systems built on Java and Spring Boot, supporting high-traffic workflows in a distributed AWS environment. My role focuses mainly on backend services, where I design REST APIs, support asynchronous processing, and ensure services remain reliable in production. A big part of my work involves improving observability using OpenTelemetry and Grafana, which has helped the team troubleshoot issues faster and gain better visibility into system behavior. I also support CI/CD pipelines and actively participate in production monitoring, incident triage, and Agile delivery.

At Ambient Security, I worked on backend services for an IAM and cybersecurity platform. I was involved in building secure Spring Boot APIs for authentication and authorization using OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and JWT. My work included implementing audit-ready security logging and collaborating closely with security and product teams to deliver cloud-based identity solutions. This role gave me strong exposure to enterprise security concepts, compliance requirements, and building systems where correctness and auditability are critical.

At Siemens, I contributed to a large-scale digital credit management platform used across enterprise products. I worked primarily on Spring Boot microservices responsible for credit usage tracking, reservations, and billing integrity, ensuring accuracy under concurrent usage. I also helped introduce asynchronous processing and monitoring to improve system reliability and operational insight. This role strengthened my experience with transactional systems, distributed services, and building backend platforms that must remain consistent and scalable.

At Delta Dental, I worked on insurance applications supporting claims and policy workflows. I contributed to backend services built with Spring Boot and helped develop Angular-based dashboards that improved visibility for internal teams and customers. I also worked with Oracle databases and batch processing logic to support claims reconciliation and reporting. This role gave me solid experience working end-to-end across backend services, UI integration, and data reliability in a regulated domain.
