I’m a Psychology graduate (Bachelor of Psychology with Honours) currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology. I recently relocated to Singapore and hold a Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP), with full eligibility to work locally.At heart, I’m someone deeply curious about people, their stories, their struggles and their capacity to heal. My experience spans working with children, teenagers and adults from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. I’ve supported individuals navigating addiction, OCD, emotional regulation difficulties, autism spectrum conditions and complex life transitions. During my time in Thailand, I facilitated group therapy sessions, conducted art therapy workshops and designed therapeutic activities. These experiences strengthened both my clinical skills and my creativity in engaging clients. I also conduct individual and psychoeducational group sessions, support clients through emotional crises and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams. I value reflective practice, ethical care and continuous supervision as foundations for growth.Therapeutically, I am particularly drawn to Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR and Art Therapy. I appreciate structured, evidence-based approaches, while also holding space for empathy, creativity and the therapeutic relationships. Having recently migrated to Singapore, I’m excited to explore different clinical environments and learn from practitioners across settings, from community work to private practice, from youth mental health to adult rehabilitation.
