Manage Partner Capacity Enhancement in Logistics (PARCEL) interagency project initiative aimed increasing the Logistics and Operations Management capacity of local partners to respond to humanitarian crisis. Working with consortium of 11 INGOs: Action Contre La Faim (ACF), WorldVision International, Concern Worldwide, Mercy Corps USA, Save the Children International, Oxfam GB, Oxfam Novib, Intermon Oxfam, Oxfam Australia, Oxfam America, Tearfund. Worked directly with National NGO partners in all project locations. Also working with private sector logistics companies, UN agencies, vocational training institutes that offer logistics qualifications. - Manage project team and consultants in delivering pilots across 5-8 countries in different regions. - Oversee the development of sector standardised assessment tools (capacity and capability). - Training materials, Training of Trainers, learning networks, Toolkit for national partners. - Link and collaborate with Global Logistics Cluster, World Food Programme (UN WFP) and ECHO workstreams.

The Bertha Foundation supports activists, storytellers and lawyers who are working to bring about social and and economic justice and equal rights for all. I oversee the Bertha Justice Initiative. The role includes: leading and develop the Bertha Justice Fellowship Program; working alongside around 20 Justice Partners and Alumnx globally in the Bertha Justice Network; identifying opportunities to innovate and collaborate with others.

* Second most senior role in the Start Network, provide strategic leadership for operational innovation and efficiency, evidence and learning, key high profile partnerships. Acting Network Director/CEO when required. * Oversight includes all Start Network programming areas, including: the global Start Fund; Start Labs with the insurance industry; and Network development initiatives. * Global Safeguarding lead. * Team leader for setting up of independent organisation and change management. * Work with the Start Network Board on governance, business plan cycle, and risk management. * Provide leadership beyond immediate area of responsibility to support wider goals and culture.
