As the GTM lead for the Nord series across Europe, developed and implemented business plans to increase sales and profitability. Key Contributions: Strategy: managing OnePlus EU regional Nord Series sales strategy including price, product, and channel strategy. • Contributed over **M Euro net profit to OnePlus and ranked 1st among 4 regions in 2022 & 2023. • Initiated and managed EU sales budget, product costs and gross margin, as a guidance to country sales team about the hit rate of profit target. • Established, getting approved and adjusted recommended retail price (RRP) of all smartphone product within EU region. • Initiated and adjusted smartphone product portfolio for Nordic countries and Benelux, ensure the regularity of iteration of old & new products. • Screening and set priorities for over 40+ sales channels, by matching specific encourage policy and setting different volume & market share goals for account managers. • Managed OnePlus Nord Series launch project in 2022 & 2024, coordinated with MKT, retail and supply chain teams, contributing to the success of products’ launch. The open-sale month sales target all 4 regions successfully reached or even overachieved.

My research focuses on digital entrepreneurship, examining the impact of mobile internet development trends on the likelihood and factors influencing entrepreneurship among the lower socioeconomic population. My paper, "Digital Finance and Women's Entrepreneurship," was presented at a major conference. Through this research, I have gained extensive data analysis skills.
