I’m the Founder & CEO of **MyAlice**, where we’re building the **AI Operating System for Commerce in MENAP**. Commerce in emerging markets doesn’t look like Shopify in the US. It happens on **WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, calls, and DMs** — and is completely fragmented across support, sales, marketing, payments, and logistics. Merchants end up running their business in chaos. We’re fixing this. MyAlice unifies **sales, support, marketing, and operations** into a single AI-native platform powered by **agentic AI** (Raven AI) that can sell, support, and retain customers across channels — automatically. Before MyAlice, I built and scaled multiple technology companies across **AI, IoT, fintech, and marketplaces**, including: * Co-founding a design & technology company operating across South Asia * Being part of the core team at **Maya**, one of the largest anonymous health platforms in the region, where I built ML systems for classification, recommendations, and personalization * Working on **iFarmer**, a fintech/marketplace digitizing agriculture and livestock financing I’m a **3x founder** with a deep obsession for **AI, distribution, and building products for how people actually behave in emerging markets** — not how Silicon Valley thinks they should behave. Our ambition: build the **category-defining AI Commerce OS** for the next **1 million merchants** across MENAP and beyond.
