I am an experienced professional with over 7 years of expertise in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) sales within the manufacturing industry at Trusco Nakayama Corporation. During this time, I developed a deep understanding of client relationship management, product sourcing, and industrial solutions, consistently delivering value-added services to clients across various sectors. In 2014, I participated in the Global Village for Future Leaders of Business and Industry program at Lehigh University. This prestigious international business program, lasting five weeks, honed my leadership and cross-cultural business skills, while also expanding my global business perspective. From 2018 to 2024, I gained 6 years of comprehensive experience in the General Affairs Section, where I was responsible for key organizational tasks such as compliance with timely disclosures, facility management, and occupational health and safety. This role required a multifaceted approach to corporate operations, ensuring both internal and external standards were met, while contributing to operational efficiency. In 2024, I was in charge of establishing Trusco Nakayama USA, Inc., where I currently serve as Director. The mission of this newly founded entity is to introduce high-quality American products to the Japanese market, enhancing the range of innovative solutions available to our customers in Japan. As Director, I lead all aspects of the business in the United States, focusing on expanding market presence, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving operational excellence.
