* Ensure that all documentation meets export regulations. * Arrange details of shipments with forwarders, carriers as necessary for exports. * Process shipments on FedEx, DHL and TNT system. * Produce labels and other documents for international shipments. * Manage the movement of product/equipment materials in/out of the company in accordance with company’s policy and procedure and to comply with relevant local and international process. * Manage the necessary documentation and online forms for the efficient, cost effective and lawful execution of all export activities. * Maintain and share with colleagues as appropriate, personal knowledge of all relevant export law and procedures. * Communicate with export related authorities, and customers and suppliers in all relevant territories and countries, as necessary to ensure efficient positive and lawful relations support and activities. * Plan and implement export strategy and activities consistent with overall aims and requirements of the Organization.
