◇ Business Development - Identifying and boosting business opportunities between company and hospital (also company) in the area of cancer immunotherapy, drafting relevant documents and contracts - Participating in the project of the first medical imaging diagnostic center establishment at Shanghai, establishing long-term professional relationships with potential key clients, customers, distributors, partners and government authorities to advocate the uses of the company's products and services, and pursue business opportunities - Evaluating and analyzing findings, preparing reports, and making recommendations to the general manager about the viability of opportunities ◇ Project Management - Responsible for the project management of cancer immunotherapy and the management of GMP laboratory at the local hospitals in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Jinan, Changchun, and Jiaxing; responsible for quality control - Responsible for the coordination of clinical trial in the field of cancer immunotherapy at Shanghai Cancer Hospital - Responsible for the cooperation in the field of cancer immunotherapy with Shanghai Cancer Institute ◇ Public Affairs - Responsible to develop and maintain close relationships and interactions with key government and other identified stakeholders in different region to seek relevant government approval, policy support and regulatory permits - Responsible to monitor and collect policy or regulatory information impacting company’s operation, provide explanation and analysis, and advise the general manager in business policy decisions - Represent company in policy meetings, forums and other platforms and ensure a strong company voice and visibility in relevant policy decisions

Responsible for day-to-day lab operation, responsibilities include: - Responsible for routine maintenance of the molecular biology laboratory, equipment and instrument calibration, reagent supplies procurement, the patient sample handling, SOP establishment, and quality control - Responsible for maintaining a GMP tissue culture facility in a clinical setting, analyzing and evaluating clinical data according to the study protocol, CFDA regulations, and GCP guideline, monitoring the progress of clinical study, and case report reviewing - Participating in a discovery program aiming at developing next generation autologous immunotherapy – technical competencies include but not limited to human cancer cell line culture, ex-vivo immune stimulation and cell expansion, tumor antigen preparation, mycoplasma detection, PCR technology, gene amplification and cloning (CD1d, GM-CSF, HBSAg, PAP), PEI transfection of 293T cell line with lentiviral vectors, transduction, protein production using bacterial expression system, flow cytometry, and etc. - Professional in both the theory and lab skills in molecular biology, cell biology, and medical immunology
