Handle crystallization and precipitation of the protein. Perform unblocking and load preparations for chromatography. ❖ Facilitate Protein purification by LPLC by using DEAE sepharose and Q sepharosis Medias. Assist in Protein purification by RP-HPLC by using Kromasil c8 Media. ❖ Release production Recipes, process vessels CIP using Siemens PCs7 module.
