For the fist time in the history of the company and the Group at the time, Technology and IT departments were merged. The new role implied the development of a strategic vision to align with the company's goals and to leverage on the synergy between the two departments. During this tenure the company signed two milestone contracts with the world's leading technological company Nokia, one regarding the core network modernization and the second an expansion deal to upgrade Cellfie Mobile’s 4G network and introduce 5G-ready network services. In November 2023, Cellfie Mobile became the first mobile operator in Georgia to deploy 5G network in the capital Tbilisi, followed by a rollout in the popular mountain resorts Gudauri and Bakuriani.

The responsibilities included: strategic planning, leadership, budget management, risk management, governance, vendor management, and business continuity. One of the main achievements was building a bridge between technology and various business needs. The most notable project- together with the world-renowned Ericsson, digitally transformed the company's customer service and billing systems into a single system. The transformation resulted in a migration of several dozen different platforms to one, in just 24 hours.

- Established, defined goals and managed new IT Department structure under the CEO - Successful deployment of SAP ERP with five core modules - Upgraded and standardized a datacenter. - Deployed a Public Cloud Services for SME (SaaS, IaaS), first one in the country - Achieved Microsoft Silver Hosting Partnership and signed the first and only Service Provider License Agreement in the country, providing Microsoft Product leasing for Cloud Services - Managed and successfully upgraded IPTV Middleware and VOD service, raising TV sales by 20% and reducing churn by 25% - Created new Value added services (an antivirus leasing, a safe web Parental Control)

- Managing the process of an in-house ERP system development - Planning, coordinating and implementing solutions from business process analysis - Supervising team of 8 developers - Interpreting user requirements and integrating specific items with a development cycle - Negotiating and planning integration with various remote/third party services.

- Managed a project of the company's billing system/CRM development - Developed a core database structure and general framework - Supervised the team of 4 programmers.

- Planned and implemented a management system for private safe boxes; - Created a bonus calculation system for credit officers; - Initiated and developed integration module for the Western Union money transfers system; - Software quality assurance.

- Installation and administration of (FreeBSD, Linux) servers. - Configuration and maintenance of DNS/Web/Mail systems. - Monitoring system security, analyzing system log files.
