Training and facilitation experience: 10 years of experience where I have completed over 100 design, development and delivery assignments. People Development Approach: I specialize in people development for teams, students and creating leaders. I combine my business experience and people development knowledge to design and deliver solutions that are practical, fun and specific to the participants’ daily work environment. I achieve this through a combination of coaching, facilitation and experiential and action-based learning. In today’s global village it is imperative for students to think critically about all the major issues impacting the world at large. Each year the debate club deliberate on various topics. I have performed student development assignments & programs for a wide range of colleges & schools.I am committed to impart progressive learning, providing quality sessions and equal opportunity. All my endeavors are inspired by the profound intent to see students grow to the best of their calibers. I want the students to be a global citizen- modern in their outlook yet be deep-rooted into their own culture and values and have a vigorous sense of belongingness to their nation.
