- Work with Design Consultants and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractors to develop baseline critical path schedules. - Lead the development and maintenance of Level 3 and Level 4 EPC schedules, establishing robust WBS structures and progress measurement systems. - Perform advanced CPM (Critical Path Method) analysis to identify project drivers and potential bottlenecks, providing early warnings to the Project Management Team (PMT). - Audit and validate EPC Contractor progress reports, ensuring data integrity in engineering, procurement, and construction phases. - Collaborate with Cost Engineering and Procurement teams to synchronize material delivery dates with construction sequences.

- Supporting project control function by reviewing/ verifying commitments and actuals for accruals, cost stewardship, and project reporting for ExxonMobil Corporation. - Developing and maintaining master schedules for EPC projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Client/Senior Project Management requirements. - Developing project control procedures and planning packages for assigned EPC projects, adhering to guidelines and standards. - Establishing detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and schedules using CPM, facilitating efficient project execution. - Monitoring project progress based on KPIs, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines for optimal outcomes.

- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. - Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes. - Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives. - Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management. - Analyze risks and opportunities. - Oversee project procurement management. - Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers. - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

I have acquired fundamental knowledge in project management encompassing areas such as project planning, scheduling, monitoring, progress measurement, and earned value management systems. Additionally, I have gained expertise in budgeting, cost control, change management, risk analysis, engineering management, procurement management, and construction management. My experience includes exposure to the basics of O&G (upstream), refineries, pipelines, and terminals, along with an industry overview. Furthermore, I have practical experience using renowned project management software including Primavera P6 and MS Project.

-I am responsible to reviews quantities of materials received or used during specified periods, in order to minimize wastage and inefficiency. -To supervises and lead unskilled labour, skilled labour, and work crews in all activities concerned project. Ability to optimize resources (manpower, equipment and materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the project. -Supervised construction team & ensured building within approved design. -Compiles with highest level of safety during all stages of project execution to avoid any type of incidents and or accidents. -Visit the work site daily and speak to workers and vendors to prevent miscommunication and resolve issues. -Reviewed and scheduled work when required. -Managed and handled the connection between the Sub-contractors, company and Client. -Handled the supervision of different projects of Construction like Construction of RCC Pavement, Street paving, Renovation of Plinth protection, Horticulture.
