1. Understand the project requirement and scope after going to technical specification. 2. Provide appropriate solution to BOD inquires as per requirement using JCI product portfolio. 3. Validates assumptions made during solution design. Builds a detailed cost estimate and scope of work for assigned projects. 4. Conducts detailed review of specifications, understands the specified requirements as well as system concepts. 5. Select HVAC equipment (such as AHUs, FCUs, CRAC, Fans and Air cooled Chillers) and applies it correctly. 6. Understands competitive products and the advantages JCI portfolio offers and develops alternatives and optional offers that best serves the intent and positions JCI advantageously. 7. Assists in preparing customer communication documents such as quotations, summary and details product compliance statements. 8. Performs detailed engineering or financial analysis to quantify BOD jobs. 9. Providing optimized solution with accuracy within stipulated time.

• Understanding BOQ, Client/Consultant requirement and designing product in line with tender specification. • Selecting right kind of product PAC/AHU/Cyber wall unit as per customer's requirement. • Design and selection of DX and Chilled Water based Precision Air Conditioning equipment/Air Conditioning equipment. • Selection of compressor / cooling coil / hot water coil / fan selection as per application requirement through various software. • Working on Air Handling Unit software/Precision Air Conditioning software/Cyber wall unit software. • Understanding / Preparing drawings for project execution and handing over shop drawing/As Built drawing etc. • Co-ordination with site for clearing all design related queries. Site visit based on the scope of work. • Handling Eurovent Software as per customer's requirement. • Filling up technical data sheets and tender data sheets as per bid requirement. • Preparing compliance to the Technical Specification / BOQ. • Attend Site meetings as per project requirement. • Preparing technical submittals and submitting the same for client and consultants review. • Interacting with client and consultants for obtaining approval on the technical solution/submittal and clearing all design/technical related queries.

1. Prepare Fan Wall Unit proposal as per requirement of Client (BOQ). 2. Prepare Technical Submittals & data as per pre-bid requirements. 3. Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements. 4. Provide technical and engineering support to mechanical consultants and installers. 5. Prepare Order Form/Factory Order from coordinator after approval on TDS/Submittal from consultant.
