1. Studied engineering drawings, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to understand product and process requirements. 2. Monitored manufacturing processes, supporting efficiency and workflow understanding. 3. Follow up for timely delivery and activities. Interim supplier visits to keep check on vendor processes & quality. 4. Costing based negotiations with suppliers to have systematic cost approach. Interactions with key departments like quality, sales & production warehouse to ensure timely availability of required materials.

Project:- Feature on wing flap to enhance aerodynamic efficiency. Increasing the aerodynamic efficiency of wing by adding feature below the wing flap. The feature tends to increase the lift force and reduce drag force of the wing.Implementation of wing with feature-flap can increase the loading capacity of the sub-sonic planes and drones. It can also be helpful in decreasing the thrust requirement of the plane.

Endurance Technologies ltd. is an automobile component manufacturing company located in chakan MIDC Pune. Automotive components like suspension, Transmission, braking system, clutch housing & many more are manufactured by employing High pressure aluminium die casting. During internship period i worked in export plant where clutch housing manufacturing takes place. I observed & studied different processes happening around. I also learned how different processes like laser marking, multi gauging, auto gauging, leak testing, etc. takes place. I also learned how to operate VMC machine & auto gauging of components & learned how quality control takes place step by step including GP-12 inspection.
