I am working as production and operation manager. Manage complete production process of modular office furniture. Some operation work were also in my scope like coordination with clint for order status and dispatch status and also if there is any additional changes and requirement in current order. Manage a team of 50-60 staff, including supervisors.

Monitor CNC operations, edge banding, post-forming, and assembly processes. Maintain stock of raw material. Implement lean practices, reducing defects and increasing throughput. Prepare production reports and KPI analysis for senior management. Proper utilization of reporting manpower. Identified bottlenecks and collaborated with maintenance teams to resolve them.

Preparing a detailed set of plans & instructions to produce a part. Worked as CNC programmer on CNC machine (Widma RX5). Schedule planning for Stock against sales order, monitoring the production. Daily Morning meeting with internal dept’s for Production. Planning of Material dispatch to Coating vendors. Worked as a Quality Engineer (Tool inspection and making PDI report of every Tools). Proper utilization of reporting manpower and handling.
