• Utilizing several multiplexed imaging techniques to understand the signaling networks and protein interactions in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) from cultures and tissues at subcellular resolution. • Protein signaling networks: Performed rapid multiplexed immunofluorescence (RapMIF) to decipher the subcellular signaling maps involved in the WNT/β-catenin and AKT/mTOR pathways in NSCLC. • Protein-protein interactions: Profiling the spatial protein-protein interactions in NSCLC cells and tissues at the single-cell level. • Subcellular network analysis: Applying several computation analyses (pixel clustering, proximity analysis, background correction, marker intensity prediction, spatial signaling network, and subpopulation clustering, etc.) to analyze the spatial protein maps captured using multiplexed imaging techniques.

Cellular and Tissue Genomics

• Focused on characterizing the morphology and hemodynamics in the common carotid arteries of a transgenic mouse model of sickle cell disease • Manually extracted velocity profiles of ultrasound data using GetData Graph Digitizer • Measured vessel morphology using ImageJ • Analyzed histology characteristics in common carotid arteries Link to the lab website: https://platt.gatech.edu/
