* Representing the organisation, Aware and Raise funds for the organisation in delhi as well as in different cities. * Train new executives of the organization and help in learning on field presentations and training session in office. * Regularly giving them feedbacks about their pitches. * Help in achieving their monthly and daily goals.

*  Connect with Corporate/Commercial/Non-Commercial Establishment for taking permission to conduct Fundraising activities in their premises *  Handle queries/Complains/ relationship building/ co-ordination/ logistics/ etc. with the clients & internal teams. *  Conceptualize & Co- ordinate on developing the collateral for the events *  Handle end to end pre, during & post event activities of the events *  Taking Regular sessions about Fundraising and its system for Face to Face & Tele Communication Team. *  Train new executives and help them in learning about the organization & systems of fundraising *  Supervising & giving the team regular feedbacks

*  Organize Events to increase the revenue of the Organisation ) by Connecting with Corporate/Commercial/Non-Commercial Establishment and taking permission and negotiating to conduct Fundraising activities in their premises free of cost or at minimum cost. *  Handle end to end pre, during & post event activities of the events *  Conceptualize & Co- ordinate on developing the collateral for the events *  Develop and manage a database of useful venues using internet, referrals, telephone, direct visit, networking. *  Responsible for the production of Marketing materials through different vendors *  Assisting the Department in smooth functioning with other departments like finance, HR, Communication. *  Surfing through Social Media Platform like Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Events websites for Upcoming Events *  Complete Responsible for the Smooth and Safe Functioning of the Events
