Academic Capstone Project: Conestoga College Student Residence Worked cohesively as a team to design and develop the Conestoga College Student Residence ensuring conformance to College Master Plan and Owner Project Requirements. Design approach integrated existing campus building form with modern sustainable approaches and considered existing context and building use. Considerations were made for efficient movement, access and circulation, landscape, and open space. The proposed design included two phases of residence that accommodated 500 students in total including universal and non-universal suites.
