April 2007 – June 2007 Student assistant in Foundry Institute – RWTH Aachen - Germany * Simulation of granular flow in mold formation. * Mesh generation with Gambit and post-processing with Fluent Nov. 2006 –May 2007 Master thesis at the Institute for Textile Technique – RWTH Aachen - Germany ‘Simulation and optimization of the flow process under squeeze work for coating of textile fibers with high viscous coating masses’ * Modelling and simulating 2D geometry for different parameter to optimise the coating system for Textile Reinforced Concrete. * Worked on Multiphase Model to study the accumulation of air bubbles for different parameters with textile as porous medium. * Comparing and validation of the results for varying parameters. * Suggestion for Industrial convertible coating system. Software tool used Gambit and Fluent CFD code.
