• Incorporated turbo-assist on GT-Power engine model to reduce engine ramp time by 60%. • Analyzed and designed engine exhaust system to reduce back pressure using FEM and CFD. • Evaluated the feasibility of using Jatropha biodiesel in India.

• Determined the port-to-port temperature and pressure difference of the intake subsystem • Modeled the intercooler (Fluent) using porous modeling characterized by Ergun equation. • Optimized the geometry of the Transition Piece and Nose piece (Fluent) to the turbocharger. • Employed coupled field analysis (Fluent and Ansys) to check the structural integrity of the components.
