o Design and update job descriptions o Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Behance, Instahire, Internshala Shine, Monster) • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates • Screen resumes and application forms o Interview candidates (via phone, video and in person & helping the team in On-boarding process. • Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally o Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs also assisting team in employee engagement activities.

I worked as an office assistant(Manual Accounting , providing equipments, preparing receipts, collection,etc.) in this NGO as well as an Assistant to Physiotherapist. NPSS is a centre which provides all Medical equipments on Rental basis with nominal charges and runs a Physiotherapy branch as well. Besides arranging various lectures on medical issues by eminent experts in the subject, NGO arranges felicitation programs for best Rugna Sevak of Govt. Hospital, providing food , clothes and medical consultation to mal-nutritioned mothers & childrens.
