Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high quality candidates aligned with company goals. Partners with hiring managers to define job requirements, refine selection criteria, and create compelling job descriptions. Sources talent through multiple channel social media, job boards, referrals,—and builds a proactive candidate pipeline. Screens resumes and conducts interviews, shortlists candidates, and assesses both technical skills and cultural fit. Coordinates interviews and logistics, manages candidate communication, and ensures a smooth experience throughout the process. Negotiates offers and supports onboarding, assisting with salary discussions, background checks, and integration of new hires.

Source & build pipelines for NBFC, AMC-specific roles—such as Branch Manager, TASK RM, credit officers, branch staff, sales, operations. Screen and assess candidates—conduct initial phone and shortlist based on expertise in finance, lending, or operations. Coordinate interviews and schedule with hiring managers collect feedback, and follow through to offer. Negotiate offers and manage onboarding documents, ensuring smooth candidate experience from offer roll-out to joining formalities. Monitor time to fill, source effectiveness, pipeline quality, and generate reports for leadership. Collaborate with department heads and HR to align on role requirements, develop accurate job descriptions, and ensure regulatory compliance in hiring.

Work with outside headhunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent in outside sales. Review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS software program. End to End recruiting for Pan India and also I have done clients handling. Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally. Interview potential staff members using industry-standard techniques. Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process. Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job.
