Ensuring end to end delivery of batches in sync with the forecasted requirements of business 5. Responsible for bulk hiring within given budget 6. Responsible for publishing performance reports of the team to the Senior management on a regular basis along with targets achieved 7. Recommending procedural changes whenever required to improve operational business efficiency

Project Title:To analyze the gap between the training functions of selected established companies in the IT sector and Syntel. Scope of comparative study: 1. Compare Syntel’s training functions with the following companies: a. Accenture b. Wipro c. Infosys d. Tech Mahindra e. TCS f. CTS 2. Compare functions based on the following: a. Types of programs (split between classroom, online, self-study, mentoring ) b. Percentage of trainings mandated/self learning programs c. Kinds of programs (Presentation, leadership) d. External vs Internal trainings e. Recommend and propose relevant changes based on analysis to enhance Syntel’s training function’s capabilities f. Level wise training engagement

FOS is the new channel adopted by Cafe Coffee Day to generate walkins for their cafes throughout Pune. The campaign aims at promoting the cafe amongst the people along with the 5 new products that have been added to its menu card by way of distributing discounted coupons and free products.
