I am an MMS (HR) student with a strong interest in HR Training & Development, Operations, and Compliance. Passionate about building people-centric processes, I enjoy working on initiatives that enhance employee engagement, strengthen organizational culture, and ensure effective HR operations. As the Cultural Vice President of SIMSR, I have developed strong leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills by managing events, coordinating diverse teams, and creating engaging experiences for students. This role has enriched my learning and sharpened my ability to lead with creativity, collaboration, and responsibility. With hands-on exposure to onboarding practices and Recruitment processes, I bring a detail-oriented approach, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to contribute to impactful HR strategies. My goal is to grow as an HR professional who bridges people and business needs through structured development programs, operational excellence, and ethical compliance.
