Taylo Inc. is an industrial-scale print-on-demand apparel manufacturing company specializing in high-efficiency custom garment production for businesses, organizations, and e-commerce partners across the United States. We operate two major production hubs: West Coast Facility 2023 Chico Ave South El Monte, CA 91733 East Coast Facility 114-02 15th Ave Flushing, NY 11356 With more than 300 employees and a 24-hour production cycle, Taylo has built a large-scale manufacturing infrastructure designed to support high-volume custom apparel production with fast turnaround and consistent quality. Our production system combines multiple industrial printing technologies, including large-format DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing and industrial DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing. Our high-efficiency DTF production systems can produce approximately 300 garments per hour per machine, while our industrial DTG printers support high-resolution artwork, detailed designs, and premium garment printing. In addition to our in-house production equipment, Taylo collaborates with partner facilities operating over 20 additional DTF machines, creating a distributed production network capable of supporting large-scale orders. Our internal e-commerce operations currently produce approximately 50,000 garments per day across multiple online platforms. In addition to this existing production volume, Taylo maintains dedicated daily capacity of approximately 10,000 garments specifically reserved for organizations and institutional clients, including schools, hospitals, churches, nonprofits, corporate teams, and community groups. For large projects, Taylo can dynamically coordinate production between our West Coast and East Coast facilities to ensure accurate delivery schedules and reliable fulfillment. Our typical production turnaround is 24–48 hours, significantly faster than traditional custom apparel printing providers. Taylo also operates a proprietary ERP order management system that integrates with major e-commerce platforms including TikTok Shop, Amazon, Temu, and other marketplace ecosystems, allowing us to process large daily order volumes efficiently. For local clients, Taylo offers will-call pickup with no additional fees, and free local delivery on orders over 500 garments.
