Responsibilities: - Sourcing new material and supplier base on project timeline. - Maintaining and optimising supplier base, proactive preparing resource for new product trends, and keep competitive supply environment. - Cost control and negotiation. - Referring to the MPS define material purchasing plan; Releasing PO and control contract fulfilment; Tracing the material timely delivery; Pushing the supplier production capacity with customers forecast; Proactively preventing supply risk . - Controlling key material suppliers and strategic suppliers performance, executing supplier period performance evaluation. - Controlling key material inventory and liability risks.
