*  Delivered medications to nursing home facilities *  Filed the correct paperwork to show the medications were delivered and verified by the nurses to be correct. *  Picked up medications or equipment that’s no longer needed by the patients or facility.

*  As a machine operator, I began the process of the lenses by blocking them using a PRISMATIC OPHTHALMIC LENS BLOCKER and making sure they are placed in the orbit for cutting and polishing. *  Verified the correct data input for the lens and input the S series into the computer system and aligning the center mass for blocking. *  Ran the laser machine setting the dimension for the lenses, and the washer to clean them afterward. *  As a machine operator, I feed the machine with the product needed to be formed into boxes. *  Packed the finished material for shipping. *  Picked and pulled orders that were requested by the customer for shipment. *  As a lab technician, made sure the cell phones and tablets worked properly. *  Placed the devices into a FIX or HARVEST location in the system, making sure they were set up to go to future dial. *  Replaced the sim cards and wiped the memory from each phone. *  Checked the devices into inventory and set up orders to be shipped out.

*  Conducted visual inspection of finished plain or printed foam cup products, manually transferred finished product from packing tables, periodically verified package count, and ensuring the integrity of seal on film and notifying machine operator of any defective product or discrepancies. *  Cleared any jam that may have happened throughout the 5 machines I ran at one time. *  Adhered to safety standards MSDS material data sheets; read and comply *  Demonstrated great teamwork by assisting others as needed *  Operated machinery in a safe and efficient manner while remaining compliant with company procedures

*  Performed production activities for equipment set-up, package filling and labeling, and records retention using quality system guidelines in order to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. *  Cleaned and sanitized pipe routings, maintain conveyor belts, hook up and clean work areas according to Company GMP policies and procedures in order to assure the quality of the manufactured product. *  Moved raw materials and finished product (e.g., syrup, concentrate, parts, point-of-sale) within the production facility, using forklifts or other warehouse equipment in order to supply production and/or facilitate shipping. *  Performed final quality check/inspection for accuracy and visible damage prior to shipment and checked for the safety of each product using the densitometer. *  Inspect compressors for defaults and correct the mishaps *  Follow a diagram to build the heads on the compress using unique hand tools.
